As the only customer service training programme recommended by Regional Tourist Board Partnerships, Welcome to Excellence is offered through all of England’s regional Tourist Boards and Regional Partners.

Welcome to Excellence customers range from small Bed & Breakfasts (SME's) right through to major corporations and span sectors including Tourism, Hospitality, Travel, Retail, public sector organisations, local authorities – and even the Church of England and the Police Service!
